Delete your AloDeals account

You can delete your AloDeals account, and the information saved with it, at any time on the website or in the AloDeals app. The steps are the same whether you signed up with an email address or with Google, Facebook or TikTok.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at https://www.alodeals.com/account (in the app, open Account).
2. Choose Delete account at the bottom of the Account page.
3. If your account has a password, enter it to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't sign in

Email alodealshub@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. If you signed in with Facebook or TikTok, tell us which one and the name shown on that account. We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account details: name, email address and password.
• Your sign-in links with Google, Facebook or TikTok, including the account ID we received from them.
• Your sign-in sessions.
• Your synced shopping data: shopping list, saved and watched items, items marked as bought or hidden, followed stores, recent searches, interests, budget and savings total, preferred branch, emirate and language.
• Your price alerts, notifications and push notification settings.

What is kept

• A record that an account was closed, without your name or email address, kept for security.
• Copies in our database backups, which are deleted automatically within 14 days.
• Server logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) are not linked to your account and are overwritten automatically after a short period.

Data on your device

Your loyalty cards, warranties and receipt photos, and anything you saved without an account, stay on your device and are never sent to us. Remove them by clearing your browser's site data for alodeals.com or by uninstalling the app.

Your Google, Facebook or TikTok account

Deleting your AloDeals account does not delete your Google, Facebook or TikTok account. To stop that service sharing information with AloDeals, remove AloDeals from the apps connected to your account:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → AloDeals → Remove.
• Google: https://myaccount.google.com/connections → AloDeals → Delete all connections.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → AloDeals → Remove access.

Removing AloDeals there does not by itself delete your AloDeals account. Use the steps above for that.
