These terms apply to your use of AloDeals: the website www.alodeals.com and the AloDeals app. By using AloDeals you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use AloDeals.
What AloDeals is
AloDeals collects current offers from supermarket and hypermarket flyers and retailer websites in the United Arab Emirates, so you can find and compare them in one place. AloDeals is free to use.
AloDeals does not sell products. When you buy something, you buy it from the retailer, on the retailer's own terms. AloDeals is not owned by or affiliated with the retailers shown, unless we say so.
Prices and offers
Prices, offers, dates and availability are set by each retailer and can change, end early, differ between branches or sell out. We work to show them accurately, but the information on AloDeals may contain mistakes or be out of date. Always confirm the price and offer with the retailer before you buy. The retailer's own flyer, shelf label or receipt is what counts.
Member prices are shown with the membership they need. Pictures may be illustrations of the product.
Your account
You can use AloDeals without an account. If you create one:
- give accurate information and keep your password private;
- you are responsible for what happens under your account;
- tell us at alodealshub@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to harm AloDeals or others.
Acceptable use
When you use AloDeals, do not:
- copy, scrape or collect content or data from AloDeals in bulk, including with bots or automated tools, without our written permission;
- interfere with, overload or try to break into AloDeals or its systems;
- use AloDeals for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- pretend to be someone else, or send spam or harmful content through our forms.
Content and trademarks
The AloDeals name, logo, design and the way we organise offers belong to AloDeals. Flyers, product pictures, store names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown to help shoppers find offers, and their use does not mean the owners endorse AloDeals.
If you believe something on AloDeals infringes your rights, email alodealshub@gmail.com and we will look into it promptly.
Content you send us
If you send us a flyer, link or other material (for example through "For business"), you confirm that you are allowed to share it. You let us show it on AloDeals and use it to list the offers it contains.
Links to other websites
AloDeals links to retailers' websites and other sites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop parts of AloDeals at any time. We try to keep AloDeals available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimer and liability
AloDeals is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the information, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of AloDeals or from relying on its information, including differences between a price shown on AloDeals and the price charged by a retailer. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using AloDeals after a change, the updated terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
